In recent years,the wine industry has developed rapidly and has gradually become a booming industry with rapid growth.Consumer demand for wine continues to grow.The market space in the future will be huge.Economic development will drive the increase in per capita wine consumption.Regional economic development will change people's consumption structure.Changes in people's minds about wine and the concept of healthy consumption of wine are deeply rooted in people's minds,which take wine gradually into the Chinese consumer's table.With opportunities and challenges,whether the domestic wine industry can seize the opportunity or not,It actively adjust its business strategies in order to be highly consistent with consumer trends,so that it can gradually adapt to market demands.This is an important factor that affects the survival of wine companies.How to use financial analysis to guide business strategies? It has become the focus in the wine industry in the future.Changyu Group,as a wine brewing company,has experienced glory and gradually matured,which has a strong typical meaning.Through analyzing and researching its financial data,it has strong reference and guidance for the healthy development of domestic wine enterprises.The paper is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the article,including the research background,significance,mind mapping and literature review.The second chapter is an overview of financial related research theories.Chapter 3 firstly analyzes the balance sheet,income statement,and cash flow statement of Changyu Group for 2012-2016,and then compares it horizontally with two other listed companies in the industry: “Tonggu” and “Mogao” Business and business model.While we clarify their own industry positioning,combining with their own business status analysis of the inadequacies.The fourth chapter comprehensively evaluates the financial indicators such as Changyu Group's solvency index,profitability index,operating ability index and growth ability index,and analyzes its financial status and operating results.The fifth chapter is the formulation and adjustment of Changyu wine business strategy based on financial analysis.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion of the article.
