With the popularization of petrochemical energy sources in agricultural production,agriculture has started modern production methods,production efficiency and food supply has increased.However,this also causes environmental damage and waste of resources to some extent.Accompanied by frequent food safety incidents,they seriously endanger people's life safety and health.Therefore,governments began to pay attention to food safety issues and promised to adhere to the concept of sustainable development in the food field.The United States and other Western countries have vigorously developed organic foods and natural foods.In the early 1990 s,China's Ministry of Agriculture proposed the concept of green food.On the one hand,it provided people with high-quality,safe food and safeguarded people's lives.On the other hand,the government adhered to the concept of sustainable development.At present,China's green food industry is in a period of rapid growth,with both challenges and opportunities.The Chinese Government's support for green food has been intensified to place food safety at an important position.At the same time,as the per capita income level in China to increase,residents' demand for high-quality green food continues to grow.The majority of companies actively participate in the development of green food.However,the development of China's green food must face two domestic and foreign markets and two kinds of resources.How to effectively promote the development of green food and whether the future market prospects are broad is exactly what this article wants to study.This article is based on relevant research on the theory of green food and stakeholders,combined with on-the-spot investigation of green food companies,to solve the research questions proposed.First of all,this paper uses stakeholder theory to identify factors that influence the development of green food from four stakeholders-consumers,governments,suppliers,and companies.Then it conducts on-site research and use of JASM's experts and consumers.The improved ISM method(VISM)performs a comparative analysis.The results show that companies and consumers believe that the government is the most important stakeholder in the development of green food;companies must establish a complete and transparent system to help consumers understand the relevant information of products,while providing detailed information for consumers to learn about price components.The above conclusions provide a theoretical basis and guidance for JASM to formulate a green food development strategy.Then,based on the analysis of related factors of the development ofgreen food,with the number of certified products,the number of bases and planting area as the influencing factors,the annual sales of green food in China are predicted using GM(1,N)forecasting method.The results show that the annual sales of green foods are steadily increasing.The future market demand is large and the prospects are bright.The number of certified products,the number of bases,and the planting area are closely related to the increase in annual sales of green food.Therefore,the government and enterprises must strengthen green food.In addition to the promotion efforts,suppliers also strengthened the construction of green food bases,improved the online marketing system,and increased market supply.
