Comparative Analysis On The Farmers' Feeling Of Utility Before And After The Transfer Of The Right To The Management Of Farmland In Guanzhong Area

In recent years,the agricultural land circulation market has been driven by the impetus of various types of agricultural land transfuses,such as subcontracting,leasing and interchanging,which has rapidly solved the problems of fine scale of agricultural production,and promoted the transformation of agricultural production to standardization,scale and intensive transformation,so as to further promote the large-scale implementation of the flow of the management of agricultural land in the customs area,and must fully consider the development of the farmer itself as the main body of the participating main body,and the farmer of the land should face the change of production mode and the benefit risk of all aspects.Therefore,it is vital importance to study the changes of farmers' feeling utility after the transfer of farmland management rights,and pay attention to their subsequent survival and development.Only by improving the farmers' feeling utility and enhancing the happiness of peasant households can we improve the transfer willingness of farmers and promote the efficient and orderly transfer of agricultural land management rights.Based on the social science foundation project of Shaanxi province(2016R005),this paper studies the changes of farmers' feeling of farmers after the transfer of farmland management rights,and selects farmers who participate in agricultural land management in Guanzhong area as research objects.According to the characteristics(age,level of education,professional skills,health)to classification samples,first of all,based on the theory of practical ability,in agricultural land management rights,which can identify the factors influencing farmers' feeling utility by establishing a structural equation model,using AMOS23.0 parameter estimation,analysis the impact of these factors on the feelings of utility degree and the interaction between factors.Then,based on the theory of proportional utility,the measurement model of the farmer's perceived utility measurement is constructed,and the weights of each index are determined by the objective weighting method.Finally,combined with field investigation for 284 in Guanzhong of Shaanxi province empirical analysis of the questionnaire data and transfers of farmland management before and after the farmers' feeling the utility itself longitudinal comparison,and the circulation between farmers' and urban residents' feeling interpersonal utility after transverse comparison,and on the basis of comparative study results,puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.In this paper,in order to improve the agricultural land management rights after farmers' feeling utility for the purpose,not only for related departments to formulate related policies on agricultural land management rights advice,also to better promote the land management of efficient and orderly flow has important practical significance.
