rural areas.Therefore,we have to improve the rural financial management work and further improve and standardize the rural financial management model.It is an inevitable requirement for maintaining rural social harmony,developing rural economy,and governing rural areas.It is also an important measure for implementing the revitalization strategy.At present,most village-level organizations have implemented the "village account town hosting" model.Its implementation has standardized the current rural financial management work and protected the legitimate rights of farmers.With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural projects will become more abundant,collective capital and financial resources will continue to grow,and so as the economic strength.The management of collective assets at the village level will be more and more difficult.There will also be higher requirements for the quality of operations of finance staff.With the development of economy and society,rural financial management has become the most important part of rural work.The level of rural financial management is directly related to the level of construction of behavior;Balance the village-level income and expenditures and protect the collective assets of the village;Curbing corruption at the grassroots level and promoting the construction of a clean government in rural areas;Normative accounting staff work,improve the quality of finance staff.The third part introduces the implementation of the "village account management" model in A Town,Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province,and points out the problems existing in the "village account management" model in A Town.The main issues include: insufficient attention of the three main bodies to the "village account town hosting",the business quality of the financial personnel cannot meet the ever-changing business needs,there is no standard implementation of the financial management system,and democratic supervision is not in place.The reasons of the above problems are analyzed,mainly: the three main body's ideological understanding is not in place,the lack of a sound talent training mechanism,the lack of a sound financial management system,the lack of a perfect supervision and management system.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the problems existing in the implementation of the "village account town management" model.It is believed that by improving the ideological understanding of the grassroots government cadres,village organization
