The Impact Of Private Equity Investment On The Performance Of Gem Companies

In China,private equity has been developing for more than ten years.At present,there is not a specific policy and regulation for private equity fund,which greatly restricts the development of private equity investment.With China's economy entering the transition period and the urgent need to develop multi-level capital market,the development of private equity investment has been incorporated into an important measure to build a multi-level capital market in china.At the moment,our research on private equity funds is still in its infancy.The main focus is on the operating mechanism,organizational structure and development environment of private equity investment.The research on the impact of private equity investment on corporate performance is relatively scarce.The launch of the gem in 2009 broadened the exit channels of private equity institutions.It also closely linked private equity institutions and joint-stock GEM companies.This link is not only limited to the increase of financing channels,but also to the value added service value of private equity institutions for their participating enterprises.In order to explore the relationship between China's private equity investment and the performance of GEM companies,based on the related research findings of domestic and foreign scholars,262 GEM companies were selected as research samples by theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.The relationship between private equity investment and corporate performance is analyzed.This paper analyzes the impact of private equity investment institutions' support,private equity institutions' characteristics and their external legal environment on company performance,and puts forward countermeasures for private equity institutions to participate in the performance improvement of GEM companies.At the same time,put forward to promote the development of China's private equity investment industry recommendations,in order to enhance the performance of the gem company road.It is hoped that it will provide some practical guidance value for improving the construction of multi-level capital market and promoting the healthy development of private equity investment industry.The realization of the positive interaction between private equity investment institutions and enterprises provides a certain practical guidance value.
