Research On Circulation Efficiency Of Fresh Peach In Hebei Province

Hebei Province is a major producer of fresh peaches.The area and output of fresh peaches ranks second in the country,and the development of the peach industry is of great significance for the realization of the province's strong fruit development strategy.In recent years,the market of fresh nectarine in Hebei Province has been showing a situation of both supply and demand.However,the high circulation cost of fresh nectarines and the low degree of organization are different.There are differences in circulation efficiency under different circulation modes.The low circulation efficiency affects the development of the peach industry in Hebei Province.The important bottleneck problem.Therefore,analyzing the influencing factors of the circulation mode selection of fresh nectarine in Hebei Province,the empirical research on the circulation efficiency of fresh nectarine in Hebei Province under different modes was carried out.For improving the income of peach farmers and enhancing the enthusiasm of peach farmers,the peach industry in Hebei Province was healthy and sustainable.Development has important practical significance.Using the circulation theory,the supply chain theory,the transaction cost theory and the input-output theory,drawing on the research results of the circulation of fresh agricultural products at home and abroad,based on the questionnaire survey data of the circulation efficiency and combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the three major circulation patterns of fresh food in Hebei province are summarized and summarized,and the different models are systematically evaluated.The circulation efficiency of fresh peach was discussed and the factors influencing the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei province were discussed.The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei province were put forward.The main contents of this study include: first,the production and marketing of fresh peach in Hebei province from the production conditions,the planting scale and distribution,the price fluctuation and so on.This paper systematically analyzes the present situation,through a large number of field investigations,aiming at four kinds of fresh peach circulation agents,peach farmers,cooperatives,wholesalers and retailers,combs out the three modes of fresh peach circulation in Hebei Province,that is,"peach growth-wholesale market" model.The "Peach Agriculture Direct Marketing" model and the "Electronic Commerce" model;secondly,using the data Envelopment Analysis method(DEA),from the comprehensive benefit,technical efficiency,Three levels of scale benefit were used to evaluate the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei province.Thirdly,the objective layer(circulation efficiency,criterion layer,fruit characteristics,main factors)was set up by using AHP(Analytic hierarchy process).Logistics infrastructure,market environment,policy environment),thin layer(15 subdivision factors),analysis of the influence factors of the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei province.The results show that the efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei is generally low.The efficiency of the three major models is "peach farmer direct selling" model,"electronic commerce" model,"peach farmer wholesale market" model,The "peach farmer wholesale market" model which the peach farmers choose the most is not the best circulation mode of circulation efficiency.The factors affecting the circulation efficiency of Hebei fresh peach from high to low are the logistics infrastructure,fruit characteristics,policy environment,main factors and market environment.The conclusion is to improve the storage property of the fresh peach,the construction of the strong cold chain logistics system,the reduction of the circulation loss of the fresh peach,the innovation of the circulation mode,the improvement of the comprehensive income of the circulation of fresh peach,the cooperation between the main bodies of circulation,the strengthening of the construction of the information system,the strengthening of the circulation support,the strengthening of the supervision of the wholesale market,and the reduction of the circulation of the wholesale market.In order to reduce the circulation cost of fresh peach,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei Province in six aspects.Based on the perspective of peach farmers,this paper constructs the research framework of the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei Province,and summarizes the three circulation modes of fresh peach in Hebei Province.Using data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to evaluate the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei Province under different circulation modes.The factors influencing the circulation efficiency of fresh peach in Hebei province were analyzed systematically by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).
