Supply chain integration(SCI)is the foundation of supply chain research, but its current understanding is limited to the positive impact on performance. Most studies emphasize that the more integration between enterprises, the better, but did not consider some of the integration of business practices and the strategic objectives of the supply chain is not fit, examples of non-collaborative supply chain relationships abound, making the integration between enterprises unable to deliver its strategic value.Previous studies did not consider the following two issues:1.Not every business needs or is capable of having the resources to implement a wide range of inter-company integration practices;2.Not every business needs to be able to take all its performance metrics simultaneously,According to the strategic orientation of the enterprises and their supply chains, individual KPIs are taken as strategic choices.Unfortunately, the existing literature on how companies should effectively implement the practice of inter-firm integration, especially in the face of different supply chain orientation should be implemented separately what kind of integration practice is still in its infancy, and yet to provide an effective solution Program. In view of the blank of the above analysis, this paper takes the manufacturing enterprises as the research object, analyzes the difference of the supply chain orientation of the enterprises with different strategic objectives, studies how the enterprises implement the integration practice among enterprises for different supply chain orientation, explores the supply chain orientation and The Impact of Integration of Enterprise Practices on Performance of Operations.Specifically, the study first introduces the concept of morphological observation into the practice of inter-firm integration and puts forward the research ideas of the concept of morphology of SCI practice. The practice of integration among enterprises is divided into"cooperative integration cooperative integration","coordinative integration coordinative integration","collaborative collaborative integration".Supply chain orientation is divided into"efficiency supply chain efficiency supply chain","responsive supply chain responsive supply chain" and "innovative supply chain Innovative supply chain";In this paper,a large sample questionnaire survey data collection, the use of SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 Reliability and validity analysis to explore the impact of the supply chain-oriented and the fit between the practice of integration of enterprises on the performance of enterprises. The results show that the adaptability between the supply chain orientation and inter-firm integration practice has a significant impact on the operational performance of enterprises;the high degree adaptation of efficient supply chain and cooperative integration practice has a positive impact on the operational performance of enterprises;and the response-oriented supply chain and high coordination and integration practice The degree adaption has a positive impact on the performance of the enterprise operation. The high adaptability of the innovative supply chain and collaborative integration practice has a positive impact on the performance of the enterprise operation.Implementing appropriate and reasonable inter-firm integration practices for different supply chain directions is the key to effectively achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise.Facilitate the guidance of enterprises for their product and service features, the strategic objectives and where the supply chain closely integrated, the implementation of effective integration practices between enterprises.
