The Research Of New Mode Of Tax Management Under The Background Of Internet+ Tax

With the Internet technology widely used and updated,"Internet+" era is coming."Internet +" not only has a profound impact on the way of people' work,lifestyle,means of communication,but also puts forward new requirements to the national system of governance and governance capacity modernization."Internet+" represents a new form of economy and society,Internet technology is made full use of to achieve the depth of integration of Internet and traditional economy and then provides a new platform for the innovation of the whole society to enhance the productivity and the development of the Internet application achievements in social and economic fields."Internet+" has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges at the same time to the tax work,In order to comply with the development trend of "Internet +",accelerate the tax management modernization,improve tax management efficiency and provide more efficient service for the taxpayers,we must make full use of the "Internet+" platform.Including making full use of the Internet thinking and methods,grasping the "Internet + tax" trend,focus and approaches.we must comprehensively promote the innovation of revenue management.This paper,which summarizes the present situation of information technology in tax management,introduces the basic connotation of "Internet+" and "Internet+ tax",proposed the necessity of the innovation of the tax management under the Internet plus background.The empirical research on "wisdom tax office" of the state tax bureau of 11 cities in HEBEI Province provides first-hand information to support the new tax management mode under the background of "Internet+ tax".This paper also describes the current situation and achievements of "Internet+ tax" management mode.According to the new characteristics of economic and social background of "Internet+",this paper expounds the significance of innovating tax management mode,analyzes the problems of implementing "wisdom tax office" and further points out the obvious contradictions and problems of the current tax management with the rapid development of information construction.With the summary of the research and findings and conclusions of this paper,we should build a new mode of tax administration from the aspects of building integrated platform,improving tax service,strengthening the construction of organization and personnel as well as the hardware and software construction.
