Research On Professional Management Of Auditors In B City,Hebei Province

Contemporary China is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society and the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a crucial period of the new era.As an important part of the party and national supervision system,national audit plays an increasingly important role in national economic and social development.With the further development of social and economic development and the requirement of full coverage of audit,the responsibility of national audit is also more important,and there are higher requirements for the professional competence of auditors.Therefore,the professionalization of national audit becomes an inevitable trend of the development of government audit.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:First,the thinking of the paper based on the reform of the national audit occupation and combined with China's actual situation and taked modern management theory as a guide.This paper further probes into the professional management mode of the auditors of the national audit institutions at the grass-roots level.Besides,this paper discusses the problem of the optimization of the professional management system of the auditors on the basis of the current administrative system.Second,this paper first analyzes the current situation and trend of related research at home and abroad,and hopes to guide it with mature theory and practical experience.Then it analyzes the operation mode and the political and economic background of our country's national audit,and studies it on the basis of the actual situation.And,using the methods of investigation and interview,I fully understand the current situation of the personnel management of the audit institutions in B City,and explore the existing problems and analyze the reasons.Finally,based on the existing theories and advanced experience abroad,we first put forward the measures of occupation system,occupation law and industry standard from the macro level,and then put forward the optimization plan of professional management of auditors in B city.The plan is a comprehensive and specific professional management system based on occupation admittance,vocational training,vocational examination and encouragement,and occupational security and exit.I believe that this research is not only conducive to the improvement of the management level of audit institutions in B City,but also to provide some reference value for the professional personnel management of grass-roots national audit institutions in other regions.
