Research On The Impact Of Replace Business Tax With Value-added Tax On The Operation Of Rural Commercial Banks

Replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)pilot work since 2012,after the promotion and practice of 5 years made remarkable achievement,but mainly in the transportation industry and part of modern service industry.The practice in the financial industry is still in the exploratory stage,and the risk is relatively more complicated and tedious.2016 the State Council approved 5 menstruation,formally incorporated into the financial industry replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)within all industries since the current business tax taxpayer VAT basic coverage of goods and services,the financial industry of replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)for the development of modern service industry and the manufacturing industry to provide strong support.At the same time,the large state-owned commercial banks and some large joint-stock commercial banks have been the first to start tax work,as small and medium-sized rural financial institutions in rural commercial bank,the business is single,the service object is relatively extensive,replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)will bring great impact on the management of rural commercial banks,including budget management,tax declaration,invoice and report management and so on,but the rural commercial bank for tax considerations,in terms of tax rates,deductions,tax incentives,tax scope etc.there are still many concerns.Therefore,this paper takes Jilin province TongHua commercial bank as an example,the process of replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)in all aspects of the change of research and comparison,dig out the rural commercial bank shall replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)problems,and combining the specific situation gives more targeted countermeasures and suggestions,to a certain extent make up for the lack in the field of rich China changed to increase the reform theory and practice system,for other similar commercial banks replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)scheme provides some suggestions.
