After 40 years of reform and opening up,the total economic total is proud to be the second largest economy in the world.In this process,the enterprises of our country are gradually going to the world,the competitiveness of enterprises is increasing,and in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading,there are some problems,the effectiveness of human resource management and the strategic development of enterprises are not supported,and a large number of outstanding talents appear.Job hopping and other issues caused the cost of talent for enterprises to intensify.As an early commercial bank in China,P bank has become a more famous and influential representative in commercial banks after 20 years of development.After the financial crisis,with the rapid development of Internet technology,P bank is facing the demand of transformation and development.At the same time,P bank has a serious brain drain and frequent job hopping and turnover for the public customer manager.In this paper,we take P bank's public account manager as a research perspective to conduct a systematic analysis.Using the literature review method,this paper makes a detailed analysis and arrangement of the current research status and incentive theory of public customer managers at home and abroad,puts forward the theoretical support and research content,research ideas and methods of this research,and investigates the current situation and problems of the P bank to the public customer manager by questionnaire survey method.With the aid of the analysis tools,it is found that the P bank has a relatively low satisfaction on the current incentive status of the public customer manager,the incentive index system is unscientific and the incentive effect is not obvious to the public customer manager.In view of this problem,the incentive optimization design of the P bank to the public customer manager is optimized.The system design of the process and frame system is carried out,and the safeguard measures are put forward from the understanding of incentive,strategic planning,system organization guarantee,resource allocation,cultural construction and so on.This has a high practical value for the construction of the incentive mechanism of the public customer manager and the improvement of the human resource management level of the P bank,and has a certain reference value for the management of the public customer manager of the Commercial Bank of China. |
