Study On The Influencing Factors Of Project Team Execution In Water Conservancy Design Enterprises

With the rapid change of national economic structure,water conservancy design enterprises undertake more pressure to deal with the market risk and need more powerful execution to adapt to the external environment.This thesis tries to find out solutions to improve the team execution of SZ water conservancy design enterprises(hereinafter referred to as SZ enterprises).Specifically,this thesis first analyzes the execution of SZ enterprise project team,and then from the impact of project team execution factors,through empirical research to identify the important factors affecting SZ enterprise project team execution,for the business management the project team to solve the problem of providing a theoretical basis and suggestions to improve.Team execution is the ability to translate strategy and decision making into results,with five dimensions of ability: ability to comprehensiveness,abilit y to plan,conscientiousness,communication skills,self-control ability.SZ enterprise project team execution status,we conducted a questionnaire survey of nearly 30 project team members of SZ enterprise by using the team execution force scale,and carried out a multi-angle description of the execution status based on the results.By literature review and the result of questionnaire about team execution,this paper summarizes 10 factors that influence the execution abilit y of project team.Then the second questionnaire was conducted to rank the various influencing factors with the scoring method.Finally,six factors with high scores were selected to be tested,namely,emplo yee engagement,moralit y leadership,the team pursuit of excellence in the atmosphere,the subordinate relat ions,emplo yee care of the organization,leadership self-efficacy.In order to test the impact of various factors on team execution,we collected 26 valid project team data,including 95 grassroots designers and 26 project team leaders.The six influential factors ment ioned above were tested with linear regression analysis.The results show that,except for the team pursuit o f excellence in the atmosphere and leadership self-efficacy,the other 4 factors all contribute significantly to the execution of project team.At the same time,this study also carried out the same questionnaire survey with another sample of two other local enterprises in Shenzhen and adopted mult iple sample tests to further verify the reliability of the influencing factors on the execution ability of SZ enterprise project team.The countermeasures and methods of improving project team execution are put forward from the perspective of SZ enterprise management.
