Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project Based On Mobile Information Technology

Construction industry,a pillar industry in the development of national economy of China,plays a very critical part in promoting the economic growth and labor forces‘ full employment.Although the theoretical research on traditional cost control of construction phase has fairly advanced,construction industry is faced with industry restructuring and industrial upgrading,low efficiency of production and management prompt people to explore brand new methods about cost control of construction phase.As for the research level,the use of emerging technologies such as mobile IT,BIM,and the Internet of things has become a topic that scholars are keen to study.This article applies mobile IT to the cost control of construction phase to set up cost control model based on mobile IT.From the theoretical analysis level,this paper starts from the problems faced in the current cost control and the technical characteristics of mobile IT,combines the information asymmetry theory and the value management theory to propose the basic principles,feasibility and necessity of mobile IT applied to the construction management,especially the cost control work.At the application analysis level,the cost control system based on mobile IT mainly covers the model demand analysis,cost information database design,functional module analysis and cost control measures.The purpose of the model demand analysis is to clarify the main functions of the system,the information processing method and flow of the whole system are considered through the design of information database and different functional modules.The cost control measures based on mobile IT are improvements to the traditional management model,which have greatly eased the issue of ―information isolated islands‖ and brought the advantages of emerging technologies into play.Finally,the article builds a technology acceptance model based on mobile IT,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the use of the model.The discussion about the application of mobile IT in construction cost control belongs to the further development and extension of information technology in construction management.It provides new ideas and methods for strengthening the cost control in the construction phase,which is conducive to a better breakthrough of "information isolated island" phenomenon in project management.And it makes the dynamic cost control possible and provides a useful reference for the development and progress of emerging technologies.
