Product innovation is the company's core competitiveness.The research on product innovation has always been the focus of attention in the business community and academia.The rapid development of the Internet has brought about fierce market competition,and the user's needs have also become diversified and personalized.As a result,product innovation has gradually shifted from being a technology driver to being driven by user needs.The product's iterative innovation model emerged as the times require.The core of the product is the use of user feedback,which allows the product to be repeatedly iterated and continuously improved,thereby realizing the development of products that satisfy the customer in a very short period of time.User demand greatly influences the efficiency and effectiveness of product iteration innovation.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct in-depth research on the mining and analysis of user needs.This article will use Xiaomi company as a case study and Xiaomi's MIUI system as the research object to discuss the problems that Xiaomi has in dealing with users' needs in the process of product iterative development.This paper proposes the requirements,users and products for the problems that exist in this article.The relationship between the two is connected and a user demand knowledge map based on the MIUI system is constructed.From the intrinsic relationship of nodes in the knowledge map,a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of user needs.In the aspect of construction,this article firstly collects the user's demand information in the MIUI community through the web crawler,uses the text mining technology and the manual coding method to process the data,extracts the demand feature words and their relations,and then the demand feature words and the product functional structure system.Associated,and finally constructed a user demand knowledge map and visual display with Neo4 j map database.In terms of analysis,this paper makes use of Neo4 j query function and social network analysis method to conduct in-depth analysis of the knowledge map network structure,tap the intrinsic links and core needs of the demand,guide the product innovation strategy and direction from the demand side,and improve the sustainability of product development.Effectiveness,reduce product development costs and risks.This method has good practical significance for iterative innovation of enterprise products.
