In order to increase the vitality of the rural economy,we will promote the rapid development of rural and rural households. All along, the state has introduced various policies to support agriculture and benefit agriculture, and the concept of “influenced finance” has gradually gained attention.Financial institutions have started to increase investment in agriculture-related loans.Although the rural financial rationing situation has a good trend after the introduction of major agricultural and agricultural benefits policies. However, there is a deep-rooted “dualistic structure” in both urban and rural finances in China. In many remote areas, such as Xinjiang, many rural peasant households still have a difficult loan situation. The bottleneck of financing difficulties has kept them from getting rid of poverty.the way.If this phenomenon is not changed, these farmers will not be able to get rid of the label of poverty, and the backward economic conditions will always exist. In order to effectively deal with the serious problem of farmers' loan difficulties. In 1981,China began to actively introduce the microcredit model for rural households that has emerged in Bangladesh.By 2001,Xinjiang had also started to engage in micro-finance business for farmers, which provided great help for rural households to obtain funds for agricultural production and operation. However, with the development of micro-finance businesses for farmers in Xinjiang,a series of problems have emerged:,Xinjiang banks did not have a unified credit evaluation index system for rural households on microfinance, nor did they establish a compliance credit score sheet for farmers;second, the credit risk of rural households on microfinance also prevailed in Xinjiang, and the bank ' s microfinance in rural households. The credit risk control has yet to make significant improvements. This article is to conduct research in the above issues and background. At present,Xinjiang does not have a unified and improved indicator system for assessing credit risk of rural households in terms of microfinance for rural households. The credit risk control of microcredit for rural households in Xinjiang needs to be improved. This paper starts with practice research, uses questionnaire surveys, and then combines qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct research.Through the AHP method, the credit risk assessment index system for Xinjiang rural households' credit risk is constructed and the credit score table for farmers is constructed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to control the credit risk of microcredit for rural households are given. It is hoped that the Xinjiang credit loan credit system for rural households constructed in this paper can be widely used to improve the current financing situation of farmers in Xinjiang, increase the level of credit risk control for rural households in Xinjiang, and ultimately promote the development of poor rural households in Xinjiang. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts: The first part mainly includes the introduction, concept definition and theoretical basis;the second part includes the analysis of the development status of Xinjiang rural households' microcredit, the analysis of Xinjiang rural households' credit risk of microfinance, and Xinjiang. The credit risk assessment of microcredit for rural households and the credit risk analysis of microcredit for rural households in Xinjiang;the third part includes the construction of a credit risk assessment system and empirical tests;the fourth part combines the current Xinjiang on the basis of the conclusion of the assessment system. The existing problems in credit risk control of rural households with microfinance provide corresponding credit risk control recommendations from the perspective of government, financial institutions, farmers, and the active role of insurance mechanisms.
