A Study On Government Management Of Inflation

This paper starts with the background of the current situation of China's inflation management,and then leads to the motivation and significance of this study.Literature review of the relevant research papers.The concept of inflation and the connotation of inflation expectation management are analyzed,and the theoretical basis is explained.Based on data collection,for the consumer price level changes in China are analyzed,the inflation rate for the development of Chinese characteristics are analyzed,and the analysis of inflation management practice,the author makes a brief analysis.And the theory of three element paradox is used to analyze the inflation management in china.A detailed analysis of the dilemma of Chinese government in managing inflation.There are a number of ways to measure inflation expectations,the media has not yet established a system to guide the public expectations,the problem of excess liquidity management is difficult to solve as well as structural adjustment and stable growth of a certain contradiction.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward.The need to improve the tax system,guarantee the source of revenue,optimize the structure of fiscal expenditure,power supply side reforms,strengthening the independence of central bank,improving the monetary policy execution,improve financial market organization basis,broaden the market financing channels,to explore the differences of monetary policy tools,the establishment of a multi-level monitoring index system for income redistribution to actively improve,establish and perfect the management of inflation expectations.
