Construction projects are different from ordinary projects,and their cycle is relatively long.The amount of investment involved is very large,and the complexity of construction technology is very high.In the process of construction projects,it is easy to be affected by various factors and generate serious risks,such as construction,economic and technical risks.In view of this,it is necessary to carry out the research on the risk management of the construction of real estate projects.At the same time,it can enhance the ability of the real estate to resist the risk and make the real estate industry develop healthfully.This paper takes the CXHY real estate project as the object to study its risk management,so as to analyze its risk factors more deeply,take the risk identification as the breakthrough point,carry out scientific prediction on each risk point,evaluate the risk resistance ability of the enterprise from the whole,and then formulate the corresponding measures,then improve the risk management of the whole project.Level.First,the West discussed the theory of real estate risk management,and on this basis introduced the specific situation of CXHY real estate project risk management;then,the risk of CXHY real estate project was identified and evaluated.Finally,the targeted CXHY real estate project risk treatment and response,including the risk response strategy,Risk control and response in project preparation phase,risk control and response in project construction stage.In summary,the following conclusions are drawn: the development of real estate in China is late and the ability to manage risk is not strong,which leads to the increasing risk of real estate projects.This paper,based on the actual situation of CXHY real estate project in Jining,fully draws on the practice and theory of risk management at home and abroad,establishes a perfect evaluation index system for project risk progress,and uses relevant theories to construct risk models at all stages,and combines the characteristics of real estate industry in the same time.Using the risk model of each stage,the risk of each stage is studied deeply,and the pertinent risk control measures are put forward to improve the understanding of the investors and other stakeholders,so that the effective control errors in the project investment and construction process can be effectively controlled.This paper can provide an effective reference for the risk management system of similar real estate projects,and ensure that the risk can be effectively identified and evaluated in an effective way to control risk effectively and avoid the influence of external factors,so as to solve the risk actively.
