Research On Strategies For Improving Knowledge Discovery Capability Of Enterprises Based On Wisdom Of The Crowd

Knowledge discovery is accompanied by the development of Internet technology and the advent of the era of big data.It is the result of interdisciplinary integration of many disciplines.Because it can effectively handle data characteristics,it is widely used in many areas of society,such as government agencies,enterprises and banks,and can help solve many business problems by analyzing data.But before the rise of knowledge discovery,the idea of group wisdom originated from foreign countries matched with it.At the same time,the group wisdom has been explored and verified by the scholars,and people have also gradually found its effectiveness.The effective implementation of group wisdom should follow four basic principles,namely,"diversity of views","independence among members","decentralization" and "integration".Based on the above research background,this paper selected Hebei province managers depth interviews,managers for cognitive status and applications of swarm intelligence,using grounded theory encoding of the interview results,designed four basic principles based on swarm intelligence to improve enterprise knowledge discovery ability questionnaire,then according to the questionnaire data to construct enterprise knowledge discovery ability of structural equation model.Secondly,the structural equation model analysis results and qualitative and quantitative combination of interviews based on the end of the four basic principles of swarm intelligence factors were analyzed and detailed,the formation can effectively improve enterprise competence theory based knowledge discovery.Finally,use can guarantee can effectively enhance the collective wisdom of the four basic principles of thought,wisdom of the crowd will be the four basic principles of knowledge discovery and data preparation,data mining "and" the expression and interpretation of the three stages of the combination,found effective suggestions to enhance the ability of the four basic principles of enterprise knowledge group based on the wisdom of the present.
