Based on the panel data of Guangzhou from 2007 to 2016,and the summarization of the existing research in the field of land marketization,this paper builds an marketization index model of old villages renewal on the basis of old villages renewal patterns,and measures the degree of marketization of old villages renewal.This article uses the degree of marketization of old villages renewal as a dependent variable,and uses the per capita land area,urbanization rate,primary industry output value,non-agricultural industry output value,per capita disposable income,land finance dependence,and land market policy variables as independent variables to analyse the panel data in 2007-2016.Multiple linear regression model analysis,Granger causality test,and impulse response function were used to analyze the dynamic relationship between the degree of marketization of old village renewal and its influencing factors.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic research in this paper,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,discusses the research objectives and content of this article,introduces the research method and framework of this article.The second part defines the concept,explains the theoretical basis,expounds the related theoretical basis of the renewal marketization,land market and resource allocation of the old village,and provides the theoretical basis for the later article.The third part elaborates the old village renewal of Guangzhou,describes the overview and progress of the renewal of old villages in Guangzhou,compares them with Shenzhen,and explains the mechanism of renewal and marketization of the old villages.The fourth part conducts empirical research and first introduces the structure of old villages renewal.Then constructed a new model of marketization index.Next,this paper uses multiple linear regression model analysis,Granger causality test,and impulse response function to analyze the dynamic relationship between the degree of marketization of old village renewal and its influencing factors.Finally this paper elaborates the corresponding conclusions,puts forward three suggestions,outlines the innovations and weaknesses of this paper,and proposes several aspects need to be improved.
