Analysis To The Case Of Financial Frauds In The Great Northern Wilderness On The Basis Of Fraud Triangle Theory

With development market economy,enterprise's development speed and development scale reached a new high.Its own resources are difficult to support its development demand,through capital market to raise fund has become a choice of many enterprises.However,due to strict management and control of China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC)to capital market,the enterprise who wants to enter into market or has entered into capital market should meet a degree of financial condition,when economy is in downturn and enterprise's operation is difficult,corresponding condition cannot be reached,financial fraud becomes a desperate choice for some enterprises.In recent years,financial fraud happened frequently and fraud ways and means are becoming more and more complex and invisible.How to prevent financial fraud effectively or find it in time,or take some measures against it has become a difficult problem for many enterprises,as well as a difficult problem for capital market and investors,meanwhile,it is also a point research field for scholars.The paper takes case of financial fraud in the Great Northern Wilderness as object to research its fraud means firstly,including forging fake contract,concealing major information,involving balance management,conspiring fake profit growth with related parties and so forth,and in order to analyze consequences and effect caused by fraud,including the effect to company itself and report user,as well as operation mechanism of securities market.Through analysis it found that effect of financial fraud to company is profound,its strike to investor's confidence will make company go down for a long-term,this strike will further bother market operation mechanism and cause unfair while decreasing market operation efficiency.Afterwards,the author applied fraud triangle theory analyzed pressure factors,opportunity factors and excuse factors of fraud case of Great Northern Wildness,and gave corresponding suggestions on the basis of this.Author found that maintaining basis is the major pressure origin of Great Northern Wildness,but weakness of internal control and treatment environment of integration of government administration with enterprise make it regards fraud as major chance,hence author proposed his corresponding suggestions to Great Northern Wildness about how to correctly face pressure of operation and delist,how to solve a series problems caused by internal control and integration of government administration with enterprise.Author hopes to make scholarship and pragmatic contribution in preventing,finding and against financial fraud through introducing and analyzing the cause of Great Northern Wildness and statements to completion of countermeasure and suggestions,so that to safeguard stable operation of our capital market.
