In recent years,the development of Internet technology and big data technology in our country is changing rapidly,and the use of network is becoming more and more popular in all aspects of working life.In this wave,the rapid development of Internet has brought about the emergence of new types of business and new jobs.In the technological revolution,represented by the "Internet +" digital platform,a variety of "Internet +" businesses,such as "take out" in the catering industry,"drive-by" in the transport industry,and so on,these workers no longer provide their labour to a company,but to a "platform".This new and flexible way of providing the workforce is consistent with the current call for "mass innovation,mass entrepreneurship".Policy improvements and technological advances have greatly contributed to the development of production and lifestyles,resulting in the emergence of new types of "Internet +" enterprises,which have been accompanied by a growing variety of new types of labour relations in real life.Well,for this Policy improvements and technological advances have greatly contributed to the development of production and lifestyles,resulting in the emergence of new types of "Internet +" enterprises,which have been accompanied by a growing variety of new types of labour relations in real life.Then,according to the relationship between the new type of enterprises and practitioners,the construction of a harmonious and stable relationship between the two sides is of great significance to enhance the visibility and reputation of enterprises,improve the income of workers and improve the service quality of consumers,and also plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious society.So,the construction of a new type of "Internet +" enterprise labor relations has become a new issue in the new era,we need to explore.Guangzhou is the frontier of our country's reform and opening up,and is one of the most developed cities in our country.Guangzhou D Company is a typical Internet platform enterprise in the transportation industry.In this new type of business,D Company is confronted with the present situation of its complex labor relations management,how to find out the problems existing in its labor relations management and the reasons for these problems,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding optimization measures is an urgent problem to be solved.This research is a typical Internet platform enterprise Guangzhou D Company labor relations management research,from the structure divided into six parts,respectively: Part I,Introduction.Firstly,the paper introduces the background of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,then introduces the research status,the main contents and the research methods adopted.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research.This part mainly introduces and elaborates the main theories involved in this research.This paper introduces the theory of labor relationship management and incomplete contract theory,and laysthe theoretical foundation and framework for the study of labor relationship management in Guangzhou D Company from the perspective of incomplete contract.The third part,Guangzhou D company labor relations management status and the cause of incomplete contract.This part first introduces the general situation of Guangzhou D Company,then carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to Guangzhou D Company and the questionnaire survey and the interview information to collate and the analysis,based on this obtained the Guangzhou DD company labor relations management present situation;Then the cause of incomplete contract of labor relationship management of D company is analyzed.The fourth part,under incomplete contract Guangzhou D company labor relations management problems and analysis of the causes.In this part,based on the analysis and collation of questionnaire information,the problems existing in enterprise labor relations management in Guangzhou D Company are obtained.In the fifth part,some suggestions on optimizing the management of labor relations are put forward,including accelerating the construction of enterprise culture and smoothly promoting the practice of enterprise culture.Improving and strengthening the management of recruitment and training of employees;(a)Both enterprises and workers have clear rights;Formulating operating rules and internal rules in the interests of the whole society.The sixth part,aiming at the external environment of optimizing labor relations management of company D,puts forward the system guarantee that the government should provide: accelerating the legislative process of relevant laws and regulations,improving the supporting credit system,establishing multi-level social security system,strengthening the supervision of Internet platform enterprises,etc.
