The Research On The Optimization Of Internal Control Of GT Company

Venture capital,as a direct capital,plays a positive role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,the development of venture capital in China is relatively short,and there is a lack of sound internal control laws and supporting system.Although our country has promulgated the "Venture Capital Enterprise Management interim measures" and other industry management regulations,venture capital enterprises still fail to establish an effective internal control system,due to the market,policies and enterprises themselves and other factors.GT company,a venture capital company,is also affected by a variety of factors.As a result,there are still obvious defects in the internal control system of GT Venture Capital Company.Therefore,the present situation of the internal control system of GT Venture Capital Company is studied in this paper.The analysis is to find the optimization measures and the research into the development of internal control strategy of venture investment enterprises.Firstly,with the introduction of the research background,research significance,research status and theoretical basis of the case,the current situation of internal control of the investment company GT is analyzed,including control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication and monitoring activities and other aspects.Secondly,the internal control of GT company is analyzed,including the internal control environment,risk assessment,information communication and internal monitoring and other aspects of the problem.Finally,on the basis of the analysis above,the paper put forward some suggestions,such as the foundation of the internal environment in GT Company,the establishment of a risk assessment system,and communication mechanism.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can provide feasible suggestions for the optimization of internal control of GT Company.
