With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the concept of consumption has also undergone a qualitative change.In order to meet the individual needs of consumers,many furniture companies have entered the custom industry in recent years.Custom furniture can be said to be one of the strategic choices for furniture companies in the future.At present,furniture customization enterprises are generally faced with the crisis of inefficient marketing.In order to meet the market trend and develop in the long term,this requires furniture enterprises to maintain a strong sense of advanced and actively tap market demand.According to the current situation of custom furniture marketing and the development situation of the future,a perfect marketing plan is formulated.This paper takes the custom furniture market of W company as the research object,focuses on marketing,and discusses the actual situation of custom furniture marketing of W company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of this topic,expounds the significance of the paper and the research methods of the paper.Secondly,starting from the market environment of W Company,it expounds the basic situation of the company and the macro and micro environment,combines the marketing status of W Company,and analyzes the marketing status of W Company from the perspective of market and competition.SWOT analysis,The disadvantages of W Company in the marketing process are emphasized.Then on the basis of the previous analysis,the marketing strategy of custom furniture of W company is designed.On the one hand,based on STP analysis,the custom market of W company is analyzed in detail to determine the target market.On the other hand,on the basis of market segmentation,the marketing strategy of W company based on 7Ps theory is formulated,and practical methods or suggestions for improvement are proposed.Customized furniture marketing involves many links and is a relatively complex process.The author hopes that by studying the marketing status of W company,we can find out the problems,put forward the problems,and formulate the solutions to promote the rapid and healthy development of W company,and provide reference for other customized companies.
