Study Of Tax Professional Management About Large Business In China

With the development of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,the system of a large number of large,comprehensive and cross-regional large enterprise groups,large enterprises is the important pillar of the national economy,the traditional tax management mode have been unable to meet the needs of the big corporate tax administration,tax on big companies professional management is imperative.At present,the big enterprise tax professional management work is still in its infancy,although great progress has been made and results,but there is a certain gap compared with western developed countries,many problems needs to be ending.In this paper,combined with the author's own work experience,standing in the Angle of tax authorities,on the basis of the study of related literature at home and abroad,to our country big corporate tax professional management problems are studied,the article deeply expounds the comprehensive large tax professional management in current our country situation,and from the laws and regulations,management mode,information construction,human resources,five aspects,analyzes the problem of big corporate tax professional management in our country and problems.The article draws on the advanced experience of foreign countries and puts forward the author's own Suggestions to the management of tax specialization of large enterprises in China,and hopes to provide some useful ideas for the work in related fields.
