Study On Guarantee Business Marketing Mode Of Caofeidian Company Limited By Guarantee

With the gradual improvement of Hebei market economy system and the increasing competition mechanism.In view of the development of the integration process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation and development,the sudden increase in the quantity and quality of enterprises in Caofeidian Industrial Zone has led to the intensification of the competition market in Tangshan City.Therefore,the article starts from the business development of Caofeidian Guarantee Co.,aimed at seeking practical business marketing strategies.In this paper,the author briefly introduced the domestic and foreign resear ch present situation,in the literature review part,the emergence and development of domestic and foreign of the guarantee business is dissuaded,the author summed up the common problems of guarantee business in China,the practice or theory of scholars at home and abroad in order to guarantee the long-term development of enterprises were summarized.The second part illustrates the related concepts and theory of guarantee and guarantee business,the financial intermediary theory,asymmetric information theory,transaction cost theory,adverse selection of security guarantee theory and other theoretical foundation combined with marketing knowledge.The third part analyzes the current situation of the development of the company's business,companies are analyzed based on the present situation and exist in the guarantee business of consumer structure,guarantee business pricing,consumer service convenience and multiple communication and so on four main existing problems.The article fourth part using the 4 c theory respectively for consumers,consumption cost,convenience,and all-round communication and so on four aspects has carried on the marketing plan design,using the 4 c theory guarantee business of the company to seek marketing way.In the fifth part,the company's business development strategy has been successfully implemented to find the safety safeguard measures for establishing human resource management system,standardized comprehensive management and strengthening the brand construction of the company.This paper will combine international and domestic financing guarantee industry developments,corporate guarantee from the perspective of recommendations for Hebei financing guarantee market stability and orderly development.Caofeidian Guarantee Co.,Ltd.,as a member of the wave of economic development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei Province,is responsible for the financing of many small and medium-sized enterprises.The research results of this paper are a tentative solution for the development of marketing strategy of Caofeidian Guarantee Co.,Also provide a reference for the security market of other small business marketing company guarantee development.
