With the continuous development of market economy,small and medium-sized apparel manufacturing industry through continuous improvement of production levels and improve product quality to gain greater market share,the competition among enterprises is extremely fierce,with raw materials and labor costs rising and market demand Continuous changes,the development of the garment industry is facing challenges,looking for more effective means of cost control is the key to the future development of enterprises.Although the traditional cost management methods also play an active role in controlling costs,paying too much attention to the cost of production will cause the enterprises to complacently and lose the opportunity to gain long-term competitive advantages.Strategic cost management From the overall enterprise point of view,a comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors that affect cost to meet the needs of strategic management,enhance competitiveness,access to long-term cost advantages.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of strategic cost management.Based on the current corporate dilemma of YQ,this paper analyzes the strategic cost management of YQ and clarifies the existing problems of strategic cost management,From the strategic positioning,the enterprise value chain and cost drivers three aspects of the overall situation of enterprises to consider,put forward to solve the YQ dilemma and enhance the strategic position of enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage of the proposal.The completion of the thesis helps the garment manufacturing industry to broaden the thinking of cost management and has practical significance for the implementation of strategic cost management.
