In 2014,the several opinions about speed up the development of modern insurance industry is put forward for the development of life insurance in China has brought new opportunities,from 2014 to 2016,China's life insurance premium income growth is accelerating,the rapid development of life insurance has attracted people's eyes;Equally attractive is the series of problems arising from the scale of life insurance agents.in the eyes of most people,a reference to insurance salesmen will think of the lack of integrity,the high rate of negative news.This inertia thinking is not formed in a short time,from 1992 to the present,China's life personal insurance agent system has experienced more than 20 years of extensive development,the above mentioned which contradictions and problems have been there and accumulate year after year,However,the success of early insurance marketing make the insurance industry ignore the existence of the problem,but with the economic development mode changes,the improvement of people's rights and the development of the insurance industry slowdown,life insurance personal agent system problems are gradually exposed or even Infinitely enlarged,large to reduce the overall status of insurance marketing staff,undermining the insurance company and even the image of the insurance industry.Obviously,these problems can not be avoided,let the contradictory development will only cause irreversible consequences,it must find the root of the problem and solve it,which is the purpose of this writing.The paper is divided into five parts.The introduction of this paper introduces the research background,the research significance and the Scholars of various countries on the life insurance personal agent system research status quo,and briefly enumerate and explain the research methods used in this paper and the author's research ideas.In the second chapter,the key concepts of this paper are defined.On the other hand,the theoretical basis of this paper is described,namely,principal-agent theory,two-factor theory,game theory and behavioral finance theory.Chapter 3,as the focus of this article,introduces the four outstanding problems of the legal status of the life insurance personal agent,the low overall quality,the high rate of mobility,the irrational remuneration system and the heavy tax burden,and analyzes the problems Reason,combined with the actual situation to the problem caused by the impact.Chapter 4 introduces the development of the life personal agent system in the United States,Japan and Taiwan,and analyzes the gap between China's life insurance personal agent system and other countries,and then get the corresponding revelation.In chapter 5,according to the analysis of the first four chapters,some policy Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of China's life insurance personal agent system and promote the development of life insurance marketing in China.
