As a new mode of technological innovation,distributed innovation more and more by the favor of multinational companies or large companies,such as Boeing,Procter & Gamble,Huawei,in the global scope for cooperation partners,realize the sharing of resources,and in accordance with certain institutional arrangements,mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit,collaboration,building a distributed innovation network,use external resources and capabilities to the maximum range.At the same time,many small and medium enterprises to open up a new market based,learning new knowledge,reduce R & D cost considerations for Distributed Innovation Network in droves to join,and play the role of Non-core Businesses.As the network location of the negative and the lack of its own power of Non-core Businesses to To in the network at a disadvantage,subject to the restriction of core enterprise and other non core competition.So,for the Non-core Businesses of the individual involved in distributed innovation network is the coexistence of opportunities and risks,therefore the recognition of the Non-core Businesses in Distributed Innovation Network facing what kind of risk and the evaluation facing the risk level,for the Non-core Businesses is involved in Distributed Innovation Network and how to participate in the innovation networks of distributed decision is of great significance.Therefore,this paper carried out the following research work:Firstly,the definition of the concept of core enterprise distributed innovation network,connotation and characteristics.Then the paper clarifies the Non-core Businesses to participate in distributed innovation network risk connotation,classification and distributed innovation network general risk and Non-core Businesses in distributed innovation network has a significant wind insurance produce of predisposing factors,risk identification provides theoretical basis.Secondly,the integrated method of four stage first according to qualitative risk factors predisposing to integrate the risk index system of distributed innovation network.And then using the factor analysis method to carry on the verification and classification of general risk factors,then the Fuzzy Delphi and K-means clustering algorithm for identification to participate in a Non-core Businesses Distributed Innovation network of significant risks,finally,from qualitative to quantitative comprehensive determine integrated 14 risk index of Non-core Businesses to participate in distributed network innovation risk index system.Again,using fuzzy set theory from the risk of occurrence of the possibility and severity of the two dimension construct of Non-core Businesses in distributed network innovation risk comprehensive evaluation model,and provide a theoretical basis for the Non-core Businesses decision.And in Australia and New Zealand,Wuhan Science and technology as a sample of empirical analysis,verify the model feasibility.Finally,according to the Non-core Businesses in distributed innovation network risk index system,from the perfection of contract to build trust,internal control three dimensions proposed prevention and risk aversion risk control model,and according to the type of risk indicators,put forward specific measures for risk control.
