EWS group as excellent local retail enterprises in Wuhan,has almost the best commercial assets in Wuhan,but also in Wuhan,a high-end department store alone.Such a good asset,but in the past the company's performance has not been well reflected,and therefore led to equity competitors in time department store,the largest shareholder of Wuhan SASAC also almost lost control.Although the final control in recent years,there is no competition,but the problem has not been resolved.The employee equity incentive plan,to a large extent solved the problem of controlling shareholder's rights and performance cannot be fully released.But such a large employee equity incentive plan,in the history of the A shares are also rare,not only is the ownership of listed companies accounted for the proportion of the number of employees,or participate in,have created A shares in New River,so it has a great significance.This paper mainly studies the content of employee stock option incentive plan and the history of the relevant equity competition,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of EWS employee equity incentive plan.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the main content of this paper.The main purpose of this chapter is to lay the foundation and analysis framework.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation and problems of EWS equity.EWS high quality assets is an important factor in the equity competition,while the EWS employee equity incentive part is to solve the problem of equity contention in the short term and the long-term performance of high-quality assets can not be released.The third chapter mainly introduces the improvement goal and the improvement plan of EWS equity incentive,this chapter is to lay a good foundation for the fourth chapter.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the improvement measures and effect prediction of the EWS equity incentive plan.Under the effective implementation of the protection program,the forecast of EWS employee equity incentive in the EWS group to improve the operation of the forecast that EWS will release results in recent years.The last chapter summarizes the paper.
