Nowadays,the world economy is developing rapidly and the process of global economic integration is further enhanced.After the reform and opening up,the hotel industry has officially entered the mature stage of industrial development after an initial stage of development.While the hotel industry is developing rapidly,its industry competition has become increasingly fierce.The fierce market competition is that the entire industry began to gradually realize the importance of internal control for the healthy development of the company.If a company has a sound internal control system,then it can significantly reduce operating costs,improve product quality,increase market share,and ultimately will affect the competitiveness of enterprises,so that companies achieve strategic objectives.Our country's economy is in the period of changing the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum.The same is true of the hotel industry.Therefore,in this critical period,companies must establish and improve the internal control system.This article takes the W hotel as an example.Based on the introduction of the internal control system of the hotel enterprise,it begins with the five elements of the internal control of the company.It uses field surveys and in-depth interview methods to organize the hotel's organizational structure,human resources management,budget control system,and sales.We have conducted thorough research and investigations on the major aspects of collection,procurement,and coping,and we have found many problems that exist,such as simple and rough budget management,unreasonable procurement work,lack of training for new employees,and defects in the human resources exit mechanism.Wait.This article will improve and improve the hotel's internal control environment,standardize and improve the hotel's control activities,establish a sound supervision and control mechanism,establish a sound and effective risk assessment system,and establish a sound and effective information communication system to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel in five aspects,Optimize the internal control system of the hotel,the conclusions are: to optimize the organizational structure of the W hotel;to establish the authorization mechanism and authority guidelines;to optimize the operating efficiency of the internal functionalinstitutions from the information communication efficiency;to modify the employee vacation mechanism;establish an effective Risk assessment system;standard hotel budget control;focus on customer credit management;add professional and technical personnel to develop sales contracts.Improve the hotel's accounting control;reasonably arrange procurement;strengthen inspection and control;strengthen supplier management;establish an independent internal audit department;regularly strengthen the application of information systems training.This article studies the problems existing in the W hotel's internal control system,and under the guidance of internal control theory,puts forward suggestions for the improvement of its internal control system.It is hoped that through the research on the W hotel's internal control system,it will provide some reference for the establishment and improvement of internal control in the hotel industry of the same type in the hotel industry in China,and it will play a valuable role in attracting more and more hotel companies in the future.Research on internal control system.
