Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Merchants In Benxi City

As an important measure for the government to promote the local economy,investment promotion has been implemented as one of the main means of reform and opening up.After more than 30 years of development,new changes have taken place in the current investment promotion work.Instead of concentrating on large amounts of foreign capital or capital construction,it is more necessary to bring enterprises related to the ecological economy and high-tech industries into the scope of attracting investment.In this way,we should do a good job of effectively resettling the original labor-intensive enterprises.It increases the difficulty in the process of attracting investment.For the current staff,there are a lot of workload,complicated work content,no specific training plan,and reward items.Many problems,such as relative blur,difficulty in promotion and so on,affect the enthusiasm of the staff and cause some obstacles and troubles to the progress of the whole work.In order to solve the problem of enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff,it is necessary to strengthen the incentive scheme,examination and supervision,so as to strengthen the smooth progress of the work.In view of this,this paper attempts to put forward more reasonable plans and measures by combing and integrating the relevant systems and implementation schemes of the actual investment staff in Benxi City,and combining the knowledge learned.The main research contents are as follows:First,the main background of this thesis,the research significance of the paper,reviews the related research on investment incentives in the domestic and foreign scholars,so as to find out the breakthrough point and the entrance;at the same time,this paper also expatiates the concept of core research such as incentive mechanism,investment incentive mechanism etc.;Secondly,the development of foreign investment in Benxi made a detailed review,mainly around the investment institutions,investment incentives,investment activities,status of investment scheduling interpretation of Benxi municipal government incentives to attract foreign investment.The results show that the incentive mechanism of foreign investment in Benxi's existing incentive content,incentive method single,there is obvious flaws in the assessment methods.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the origin of Benxi city investment incentive mechanism problems,such as the value orientation of foreign investment in Benxi has yet to give full play to the role of investment;the focus of the work only to tilt to the short-term effect,the lack of the measure of overall and sustainable development;the investment of Benxi existing incentive index system and measure standard is not enough perfect,the lack of long-term assessment process.Finally,according to the Benxi city investment incentive problems,build Benxi city investment incentive system,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the performance incentive mechanism of foreign investment in Benxi,including establishing a sound incentive mechanism oriented,hierarchical management system.
