Study On Synergy Management Of Manufacturing Planning For Large And Complex Equipment In HE Corp

With the implementation of Made in China 2025 Strategy,Smart Manufacturing has triggered a new industrial revolution which has began to challenge the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.Enforcement of Integration of Informationization and Industrialization has already become the necessary choice for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese equipment manufacturers.In manufacturing enterprises,what production management mainly focus on is to produce manufacturing plan and regulate manufacturing process accordingly in order to improve quality of products and reduce costs before delivery.Typically ETO(Engineering to Order)and project-based,HE is a renowned large and Complex equipment manufacturing enterprise mainly producing large and medium power generating equipment.Considering such factors as preparation,equipments,production requirement of different products as well as material,station,toolings and site,a effectively synergistic and feasbile production planning has been the hardest nuts to crack in terms of production management.A thorough analysis and examination have been made of HE's production planning system.In light of problems sprung up in designing-while-producing management in large and complex equipment manufacturers,Synergic Management Theory is introduced.An examination is made in terms of synergic principles,synergic mechanism,synergic components and synergic goals of HE's production planning before designing HPDS(Hierarchical Planning Dynamic Synergy)management model,aiming to optimize resource management,maximize production potential,shorten production time and thus reduce costs before delivering satisfactory products on time.In HPDS,method to optimize data of scheduled time and quantity based on fact-figure analysis is put forward to solve tricky problems that production has to be carried out even with incomplete design based on incomplete basic data;based on the set networking,method featuring hierarchical and rolling synergism is applied to solve the coupling problem of manufacturing planning of different hierarchies;critical chain multiple-project management(CCMPM)limited by resources constraints is used to remove the obstacles of capacity conflicts of large equipment.On the basis of HPDS model,As the main safeguard measures HE's MPC(Manufacturing Planning and Control)software system has been designed,rendering an integral,cooperative,dynamic and balanced production and planning management.This solves the planning management problems which have long worried enterprises.
