Research On Transformation And Development Of Manufacturing In Anhui Province Under Background Of Disappearance Of Demographic Bonus

This article mainly studies the mechanism and path of Anhui's manufacturing transformation and upgrading under the background of the disappearance of demographic dividend.In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,Anhui Province has always been a large populous province in China.“The large workforce and low overall dependency ratio” is the population structure of Anhui Province.However,with the continuous disappearance of the demographic dividend,the cost of labor in our province continues to increase,and the comparative advantage of the labor force has drastically decreased,which has caused the economic growth of our province to slow down significantly.As the core industry of our province,the development of manufacturing industry also affects the economic development level of our province.The study found that there are many factors that affect the development of the manufacturing industry.The labor force is one of them.Today,science and technology are the primary productive forces.Today's transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry depends not only on population structure and quantity,but more importantly,on technology and advanced technology.Technology creates unlimited value with a limited workforce.At present,with the changes in the demographic structure,the ratio of old-age dependency has risen,and the aging of the population has intensified.The demographic dividend of our province and even the whole country is gradually disappearing,and the development of the manufacturing industry has therefore been greatly hindered.At this stage,although the growth rate of the labor force in our province is gradually slowing down,the overall level of education in our province is improving,the quality of the working population is constantly improving,and the professional skills of the working population are constantly being optimized,so that science and technology are also continuously improving.In the era of vigorously developing the industrial Internet,the disappearance of the demographic dividend is not terrible,and the future should be determined by the quality of the labor force to determine the direction of development of the manufacturing industry.This paper is mainly divided into three parts,a total of seven chapters,the first part is mainly part of the theoretical overview,mainly expounded on the concept of demographic dividend and related concepts and therelated concepts and theories of manufacturing transformation.The second part is mainly an empirical analysis,using SPSS software to conduct an objective analysis of the relevant data based on the 2005-2017 Anhui Statistical Yearbook.The main use is linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the internal factors that affect the development of manufacturing in Anhui Province.The research shows that: Regardless of other external factors,the impact on the manufacturing industry in Anhui Province is the ratio of child dependency ratios>old-age dependency ratio> fixed-asset investment> labor input,population dependency ratio>investment in fixed assets> labor input.It shows that the increase in the ratio of population dependency will have a certain degree of hindrance to the development of manufacturing in our province.The third part is mainly to combine data analysis to summarize,and at the same time,to make recommendations for the transformation of Anhui's manufacturing industry in the context of the disappearance of demographic dividend,to find a suitable transition path.
