Virtual logistics alliance is to achieve resource sharing,speed up the material flow,reduce transaction costs and provide relatively low cost and high quality logistics services,and improve the economic benefits of circulation of commodities,for the purpose of establishing the perfect information network technology platform of virtual dynamic enterprise alliance.The part of its success lies in selecting the right enterprise partner and realizing the efficient integration and reconfiguration of resources in the process of creating virtual logistics.The technical problem that virtual logistics ecommerce enterprises need to be solved is how to choose logistics enterprises and partners.Through the research of virtual logistics alliance,puts forward the choice method of virtual logistics alliance partner based on social network.Firstly,on the basis of the logistics enterprise's own attributes,with the relationship between enterprises and enterprises,namely,the social attribute,puts forward the partner evaluation system;Then the virtual logistics alliance network attribute node list stored representation is studied.Secondly,studies the virtual logistics alliance network attribute node list stored representation;and based on the time series analysis and BP neural network,the demand prediction of virtual logistics is put forward to take appropriate action to implement the dynamic adjustment of alliance network provides the basis;then the maintenance method of virtual logistics alliance network is proposed from node insertion,node deletion and attribute value modification.Finally,starting from the construction of virtual logistics alliance network,following the market competition environment of logistics “low cost”,“low risk”,“agile”,the partner selection algorithm is put forward based on social network measure,and the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified through an example.
