A Study On The Development Strategy Of Community Finance In QZ Commercial Bank

As a developing regional commercial bank,QZ Commercial Bank has made clearly developing strategy,and it has made the implementation of retail financial strategy.However,QZ Commercial Bank is a young bank,it has fewer customers than national banks,and there are many problems in the process of development,one of the weaknesses is that the number of stores is less.Therefore,QZ Commercial Bank had decided to develop community finance.The development of community finance can not be equal to the construction of community branches,but should focus on development goals,development strategies and management security measures.This paper analyzes the development status of community finance in QZ Commercial Bank,and finds that there are many problems,such as orientation,channel operation,products,marketing,management,etc.Then this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of community finance,and find that the community finance has a good environment for development.In order to solve the problems,this paper makes the guiding ideology and goal,puts forward the development strategies of operation service,product development,market promotion,risk management about community finance,and sets up the security and control measurest of the development strategy,including organizational structure,human resource management,information technology system,evaluation system and so on.For the other regional banks,community finance can also match their development status,but the development model of community finance is still in the exploratory stage in China.Therefore,this paper attempts to take QZ Commercial Bank as an example,puts forward the suggestions for the development of community finance in regional banks.
