The research of business models has always been a hot topic in the management field.In recent years,the research direction of business mode has gradually expanded from internal components to systematic research.The content of the study has gradually shifted from the analysis of the reasons for the success of business models to how successful business models can be replicated.The essence of business mode replication is the transfer of knowledge in business mode.In this process,ignoring the analysis of tacit knowledge of business model is an important reason for the failure of business model replication.Therefore,from the perspective of business model innovation,we should focus on tacit knowledge of business models.For the analysis and analysis of explicit knowledge of business models,we can adopt a mature business model canvas.For the analysis of tacit knowledge in business mode,the current analysis methods are relatively limited.This paper uses GET@I method of business model iceberg theory to integrate explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of three common small catering business models in Binjiang District of Hangzhou City.The tacit knowledge of small catering business model is analyzed from three dimensions of industry category(G),regional environment(E)and technology(T),and integrated with its explicit knowledge(I)into four typical situational models.At the same time,this paper introduces the role theory of sociology,and gives the corresponding role strategies for each situation model.This paper takes ZJKY Company as an example to prove the validity of GET@I method for integrated analysis of small catering business model.Through this method,it is found that there are significant differences between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge integration analysis of small catering business model.Through the successful case of YM store business model innovation,it proves that adjusting the role of enterprises according to the situational model is an effective way to innovate small catering business model.
