The survival and development of enterprises are influenced by the external environment and internal environment.The financial risks are unavoidable in the daily development of the company.The generation of financial risk will directly affect its daily production and operation.Therefore,it is important to construct an effective pre-warning system for financial risk in the process of management.Selecting pre-warning indicators of financial risk and combining with the specific data of the enterprise daily management in order to control the occurrence of financial risk more effectively.The purpose of this paper is to construct a pre-warning system of Jilin Chemical Fibre Co.,Ltd by using the improved efficiency coefficient method.Strengthening the supervision of financial risk to preventing the occurrence of financial risk by using the the system.This article selected Jilin Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd as a case based on the theory of financial risk and analyzed the feasibility of building a financial risk pre-warning model.And then,a financial risk pre-warning model based on the method of efficiency coefficient which is suitable for Jilin Chemical Fiber was established.At the same time,it conducted an early warning of financial risks based on the financial data of Jilin Chemical Fiber in 2015 and 2016 and concluded that it was in the state of middle police in 2015 and was in a state of light police in 2016.Analyzing from the aspects of enterprise itself and the environment in two years,we found the improvement in financial conditions of Jilin Chemical Fiber.As for the existing financial risks,this paper puts forward a countermeasure in order to have a certain guiding significance for Jilin Chemical Fiber.
