Research On Corporate Governance Model Of Agricultural Enterprises In G County

The development of the financial industry,especially the traditional banking industry,has also entered a new stage in the new normal economy,and the competition of the comprehensive strength with service as the center is the specific reason.The rapid development of Internet finance has made a violent impact on the traditional banking industry.How to occupy a strong position in the fierce market competition is a subject of the development of the banking industry.Based on the example of G rural commercial bank,this paper analyzes the problems in the governance mode of its choice,and puts forward feasible solutions for the existing problems.This article is divided into seven main parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly outlines the purpose of the study and the significance of the topic,and introduces the content framework and research innovation of this article.The second part is a literature review,focusing on the theory of institutional arrangement,the theory of organizational structure and the theory of control decision making,and the theory is combed.In the third part,the third part introduces several typical models of corporate governance and compares the different models to provide important inspiration for the G rural commercial bank to choose the corporate governance model suitable for their own characteristics;the fourth part introduces the G rural commercial bank company's current corporate governance model and specific practices for the following analysis of the problems existing in the current corporate governance model of inspiration;the fifth part of the existing problems of G rural commercial bank company in deep analysis,for the sixth part of the design and optimization of the corporate governance model to provide important support;the sixth part is aimed at the above.In the seventh part,the conclusion of this paper is the analysis of the problems,the design of G rural commercial bank governance policy recommendations.The research results of this paper have important practical guiding significance for G rural commercial bank company to improve corporate governance structure and enter the track of standardized management as soon as possible.
