Since 2013,with the national economic situation,the quality of our country commercial bank's asset face severe pressure,the amount of non-performing loans and non-performing loan ratio have risen sharply,the development of commercial Banks has a serious impact,restricted the sustainable development of the commercial Banks seriously.Therefore,how to improve the quality of assets of Banks,how to prevent non-performing loans from sustainable growth,how to dispose the existing of non-performing loans and how to promote the further development of commercial Banks has been the same question of commercial bank facing with at present.This paper selects Z bank T branch the research object,which has a serious problem of non-performing loans.Through the analysis of the actual state of its non-performing loans,This paper will provide ideas for the continuous development of the bank.This paper first clear the concept of commercial bank non-performing loans,combines with domestic and foreign research achievements of non-performing loans in the commercial bank,summarize the main theory,including hypothesis of financial fragility,the theory of asymmetric information in the both sides of the credit,the theory of relationship between the lender and the borrower,Through adopting the case analysis method and the combination of theoretical analysis and field survey,researching the cause of non-performing loans and the prevention measures and treatment measures of Z bank T branch.Based on the actual situation and typical cases of non-performing loans in Z bank T branch,this paper analyzes the non-performing loans,summarizes the causes of the non-performing loans,and puts forward the countermeasures against the non-performing loans.At last,aiming at the disposal measures and existing problems of non-performing loans in Z bank T branch,some opinions of improving the treatment of non-performing loans are put forward.
