| The evaluation and prediction for a finite group of alternatives of multiattribute decision-making is based on the important indices and the integration of relevant information through the scientific decision-making method.The effectivity of decision-making plays a positive role in guiding the development of things;otherwise,it will mislead the development of things in the wrong direction.Due to the uncertainty of the decision-making environment,people's limited cognition of things.Decision-making under the fuzzy environment are more practical compared with decision-making under the accurate environment.However,the fuzzy sets and their expansion sets can not solve the discontinuous and inconsistent information,while the neutrosophic sets make up this shortcoming.Therefore,the research on decision-making method based on neutrosophic sets is of important significance.In order to apply the proposed method to reality,the study take the prediction of dominant design as an example to carried out an numberical analysis.Dominant design is the core of the development for technology and enterprises.Enterprises who own the dominant design can enjoy the benefits of "winner takes-all",and vice technology out.Therefore,it is of practical significance to predict the emergence of a dominant design accurately.In part one,the study proposes intuitionistic fuzzy single-valued neutrosophic sets through integrating intuitionistic fuzzy sets and single-valued neutrosophic sets,in the way of applying the former to express three parameters of the latter.And arrives at a intuitionistic fuzzy single-valued neutrosophic sets weighted arithmetic averaging operator,a intuitionistic fuzzy single-valued neutrosophic sets weighted geometric averaging operator,and also distance formula and cosine similarity measure.Futhermore,the multi-attribute group decision-making method based intuitionistic fuzzy single-valued neutrosophic sets is proposed.In part two,the study take the closeness coefficient between alternatives and positive ideal solution as well as the closeness coefficient between alternatives and negative ideal solution into account and proposed the VIKOR method based on relative closeness coefficient.The proposed method aims to obtain a relative optimal compromise solution through relative group utility and relative individual regret.In part three,to apply the proposed method to practices,the study take the prediction of dominant design for wireless connectivity in the home as background to carried out an numberical analysis.The dominant design is predicted by VIKOR method based on the relative closeness under the single-valued neutrosophic sets.As the indices are correlative.In the meanwhile,the interconnectedness between criteria is researched by fuzzy measure.The study provides a new method for the selection of dominant design by a quantitative method. |
