The research tracks of this thesis: analyzing the internal capabilities of Beijing Aoji Star Immigration Service Company(hereinafter referred to as Aoji Company)and competitive environment that based on current situation of the immigration agent industry,which combining with the actual investigation at the same time.To ascertain the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses of Aoji Company and to develop a strategy which according to their conditions and abilities that suitable for the current market situation at the same time.The thesis starts with the problems exiting in the Aoji Company.Secondly,using PEST,Porter's Five-Forces Model,Strategy Group Theory to analysis the marketing environment of immigration agent industry,to clarify the competition environment and main competitors of Aoji Company.Thirdly,analysis internal organization ability by VRIO Model,to clarity opportunities and threats of Aoji Company.Finally,SWOT analysis is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats.On the basis of the investigation and analysis,this thesis has proposed the development strategy of Aoji Company.In my opinion,Aoji Company should adopt Differentiation Strategy in order to win in the competition.I hope this thesis would help Aoji Company to clarify the future development direction,to resolve predicament in currently development.I also hope to provide reference value to other immigration agent companies in the future development. |
