Study On The Financing Risk Assessment Of Rural Tourism Project

?Comments on the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China?in 2018 has proposed to take rural tourism as an important field to realize the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Rural tourism is a tour activity which takes rural natural resources and human resources as the object of development,attracting tourists as goal,and meet the tourists' needs for leisure,holiday,experience,sightseeing,entertainment and so on.Recently years,with the development of industrialization and urbanization,rural tourism emerged because of demand.Developing rural tourism is beneficial to broadened farmers' vision,increase the income of farmers,promote the protection and inheritance of the material and non-material cultural heritage,and provide new growth impetus for the modernization of the rural areas.From the current situation,the achievements of rural tourism's development in China is remarkable,but it still faces some development obstacles in the development and construction of rural tourism projects,especially in financing,the questions of financing difficulties and insufficient control of financing risks are the role constraints.Therefore,building a reasonable system to bring the performance of the risks in rural tourism project,and some measures are put forward to guarantee the financing of rural tourism projects conducted smoothly.In this paper,based on the Pecking Order Theory,Trade-off Theory,Equilibrium Rationing Theory,Enterprise Cycle Theory and its relationship with silver and enterprise,the FAHP theory,and according to the three steps of financing risk analysis: risk identification,risk assessment,risk control,I construct the evaluation system of rural tourism project financing risk from a microscopic point of view,what can make the financing risk evaluation results more comprehensive and reasonable.Choosing the case of ZFJ company's projects,and the risk assessment questionnaire is designed for expert evaluation method.Finally,the paper points out the weight of each risk index and the importance of potential risks of rural tourism projects by analyzing the data from the experts.draws conclusions: The biggest risk is policy stability risk,the weight is0.20924.Otherwise,the government's industrial support,experience quality of managers,demanding risk,competition risk and interest rate risk,are also important risks.This paper puts forward the following measures for the risk prevention of the rural tourism project: Improve the project financing risk control system;Strengthening the sensitivities of tourism policy;Improving the ability of project management;Improving the comprehensive quality of project managers;Other risk prevention.
