Research On The Development Path And Mechanism Of Green Credit Based On Game Theory

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,green development has been paid more and more attention by the Party and the country,and it is also an important part of General Secretary Xi's new idea and new strategy of governing and managing government.At the same time,the development of green finance has risen to the status of national strategy.Improving the ecological environment through financial means and guiding the distribution of social and economic resources "green" has become one of the development concepts of the new era.Green credit as the core of the development of green finance,its importance is self-evident.Since the publication of "opinions on implementing Environmental Protection policies and regulations to prevent Credit risks" in July 2007,the development of green credit in China has achieved initial results.In the credit business,banks have gradually regarded environmental protection evaluation as an important reference index and carried out green credit policy,and the balance of green credit has also been increasing year by year.However,in the process of implementing green credit policy,it involves the multi-interest conflict of local governments,banks and related enterprises,and when the mechanism of interest mediation is not perfect,such as local protectionism.Environmental regulatory efforts will decline and other issues will appear.At present,the green credit of our country has only achieved the achievement of stage and locality,but there is still a long way to go for the construction and perfection of the green credit system.This paper first expounds the theoretical basis of green credit,compares and summarizes the developed countries of green credit abroad,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of green credit development in China.On this basis,from the three angles of government,bank and enterprise,this paper discusses the game between the interests of the three parties,and analyzes the factors that affect the development of green credit in China by Nash equilibrium.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of green credit in Anhui Province from the perspective of government,banks and enterprises through the field investigation in Anhui Province,and probes into the path suitable for the development of green credit in Anhui Province.Finally,combining the game analysis and regional research of green credit,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of green credit in China from several angles.It is hoped that through the analysis and suggestion of green credit in our country,it can provide ideas for scholars in the field of green credit,promote the healthy development of green credit in our country,and promote the rational distribution of economic resources.To realize the "greening" of China's economic and social development.
