With the rapid development of modern biological technology,the social demand for all kinds of biological pharmaceutical products,reagents and the species also is in rapid growth,biological medicine is the future in the global industry has infinite imaginary space of the emerging strategic industries.But biomedical technology in China due to the short development time,less investment,the vast majority of intellectual property rights,basically is in imitation,tracking development level,the technical aspects of the "bottleneck" greatly limits the development of biological medicine industry in China.So,in the international competition,China's biological reagent producers advantage is not obvious.Countries and enterprises need to strengthen the basic research of biological industry strategic independent innovation and forward-looking,corner overtaking,strive to winning breakthroughs in biomedical field.This thesis research company competitive strategy of VE,help VE companies formulate scientific and long-term strategic planning,and to form the effective measures to cope with the external environment change.Paper based on the basic theory of corporate strategy,focusing on enterprises "competitive strategy",combined the actual VE company,detailed analysis of the VE in the development of the company internal and external environment,according to the characteristics of the biological reagent industry,combined with their own strategic planning,clear VE competition strategic choice of the company.This thesis first analyses VE dilemma in the development of the company,and the biological medicine,biological products industry development as well as the external environment faced by enterprises were analyzed,and the VE company internal resources,and to ability;Second,the internal and external factors evaluation matrix of strategic analysis tools for VE company the adaptability to external environment,internal capacity elements such as evaluation,and analyze the core competitiveness;VE Third,through the company's SWOT analysis of VE,clear strategic path of VE,through analysis and comparison,choose differentiation as the company's competitive strategy of VE,the main content is product differentiation,marketing differentiation and service differentiation.The effective implementation of competitive strategy of the VE company to guarantee and improve the human resource based on the service process.
