In order to study the marketing strategy of Sany Heavy Industry in Southeast Asia,this paper also provides some reference for other manufacturing enterprises to carry out overseas marketing,thus using PEST and resource analysis technology to objectively evaluate and accurately understand Sany Heavy Industry shares limited opportunities and challenges faced by the company and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Based on the theory of market marketing STP and the theory of marketing combination,this paper puts forward the corresponding problems of Sany Heavy Industry in connection with the market situation of Southeast Asia Safeguard measures and the implementation of strategic recommendations,to build the Sany Heavy Industry manufacturing enterprises of the international development strategy.In view of Sany Heavy Industry,it is recommended that the international alliance and international production strategy be adopted at the technical,marketing and production level to speed up the internationalization of enterprises.In marketing,it should have market resources in various countries and regions The advantages of the full cooperation of enterprises to establish a positive and mutually beneficial market alliances,enabling enterprises to give full play to their own production and design advantages and make full use of the partners of the market channels and resource advantages;for complex market conditions,the proposed "constant change" strategic direction,so that the purpose of business clear,strong decision-making,to enhance the implementation of the globalization strategy of consistency.
