With the continuous development of social economy,human resources play a more and more important role in the social and economic life,and the employees are no longer in a passive position.Under this kind of objective environment,the enterprise human resources management becomes the focus of attention,with the help of good human resource management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,promote enterprise to get better development.The state-owned enterprise is the lifeblood of economic development in China,but the human resources management is the weakest part of the state-owned enterprises,especially the promotion mechanism of enterprises,has been unable to achieve fairness,impartiality and openness of state-owned enterprises to further expand the advantages of causing distress.In twenty-first Century,the promotion mechanism of enterprise human resource management,the state-owned enterprises become a focus of concern to establish,how to solve the negative factors existing in state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises to promote more healthy development,has been a major concern of business managers and the public.Based on this background,this paper studies the promotion mechanism of state-owned enterprises,with the help of state-owned enterprise personnel promotion mechanism to explore the state-owned enterprises in human resources management.First of all,this paper expounds the concept,principle,mechanism and related theoretical basis of the promotion,which lays the foundation for the creation of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the promotion mechanism of state-owned enterprises,through the analysis of the status quo of state-owned enterprise employees to find out the main problems,and the reasons behind the problem.Again,according to the national grid company as an example,verify the state-owned enterprises by way of questionnaire investigation,verification of state-owned enterprise staff promotion research in four aspects of management thought,performance appraisal,promotion structure,system construction and other issues.Finally,for the state-owned enterprise staff promotion mechanism rationalization proposal.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the personnel promotion mechanism of state-owned enterprises,promote the optimization of human resource management of state-owned enterprises,and promote the development of state-owned enterprises.
