China's continued deepening of structural reform and commitment to innovation have driven increased development quality and efficiency. The Chinese government has highlighted the importance developing the modern services sector, promoting the development of higher quality, higher efficiency services, moving towards core goals of advanced service professionalism and value chains.Knowledge intensive business services are representative of modern service professionalism, with an ever greater focus on added value. At present,China's knowledge intensive business services sector is flourishing, though significant problems exist in compensation and bonus structuring, which is hindering corporate growth.Without clear compensation strategy, business development goals cannot be sustainably achieved. If compensation levels lack fairness within an organization, the most talent employees will find it difficult to remain within the organization. There is naturally intense competition in the job market, with some positions struggling to be filled. When employees feel a lack of trust and belonging, employee satisfaction will decline and the rate of turnover will remain high. This paper utilizes systematic analysis and standards of logical analysis,to first fully analyze the growth stages and operational characteristics of different companies, with focus remaining around the startup and early growth stages of companies. This paper attempts to utilize foreign expert research in drawing conclusions about the significance and characteristics of knowledge intensive business services. This paper uses the example of AA company,to analyze the relationship between life cycle and compensation, and explore how early stage knowledge intensive business service companies deal with compensation issues. In considering large compensation basis theory, integrating relative theory and methods into systematic compensation design, has scientifically designed a set of applicable industry characteristics suited to AA company, match corporate development needs and the expectations of employee compensation across an applicable spectrum. The intent is for this set of principles to guide systematic compensation design, assisting in the early stages and growth of knowledge intensive business services.
