The article select one of manufacturing company Kweichow Moutai as the research subject,belonging to liquor industry and produce liquor.Using statistical analysis method and case study,the article analyses three parts of operation in company,including purchase raw materials,produce production and sell production in the aspects that enterprise's income and cost ratio,turnover of fixed assets,and finds out the reason that performance in production markets and capital markets is better than other companies in liquor industry.During purchasing raw material,Kweichow Moutai locked the procurement cost and ensured the quality;during producing production,expand the fixed assets scale according to the market demand,and pay attention to the long-term development;In the process of selling products,company uses strong market position and commercial credit to obtain good internal financing conditions.The cash flow from production markets can make up the spending on enterprise investment activities and financing activities,provide supports for enterprise expansion and positive dividend policy,convince investors in capital market and make the stock price stable.The business model affects the performance both on production markets and capital markets.Kweichow Moutai holds and control the income and cost,expands the enterprise properly and finances from internal channel,the mentioned above make enterprise with sustainable development.
