The Competitive Advantage Evaluation Research Of The Three Northeastern Provinces Manufacturing Enterprise Based On The Low-carbon Development Strategy

China's manufacturing industry is facing the “throe period” brought about by low-carbon transformation and capacity reduction now.China's three northeastern provinces that use manufacturing as pillar industry have been hit hard.The low-carbon development strategy is put forward to make the economic development of the manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces rely more on technological innovation of sustainable development,high quality resource-friendly products,management-driven and talent-driven economic development,balance the relationship between economic development and the coordinated development of the ecological environment under the low-carbon development strategy,promote the deep integration of low-carbonization and manufacturing industries,and develop a low-carbon development path with better corporate benefits and product quality,which is the direction of the efforts of manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces.Therefore,studying the competitive advantages of manufacturing enterprises in China's three northeastern provinces under the strategy of low-carbon development,discussing the strategies to enhance the competitive advantages of manufacturing enterprises in China's three northeastern provinces under the strategy of low-carbon development.They not only have theoretical reference value for scholars studying the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces,but also have great practical significance for the manufacturing industries to make clear their future development in the three northeastern provinces.This paper first defines the concepts of manufacturing,manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces,low-carbon development strategies,and competitive advantages.On this basis,it introduces the current situation of the development of the manufacturing industry in the three northeastern province,and points out the problems confronted by manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern province under the low-carbon development strategy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between low-carbon development strategy and the competitive advantages of manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces.And on this basis,it puts forward the influencing factors of the competitive advantages of the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces under thelow-carbon development strategy.Thirdly,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the competitive advantages of the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces under the low-carbon development strategy.The cluster is used for screening,six criteria layers are constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation index system for 23 indicator layers is applied to a multi-level and multi-target fuzzy optimization comprehensive evaluation method.First,the indicators are dimensionlessly processed,and then the fuzzy optimization method is used to acquire comprehensive assessment values,find out the existing competitive advantages of the manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces and compare them with other regions to seek the insufficiency.Finally,it provides strategies for the promotion of competitive advantages of manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces under the low-carbon development strategy from the aspects of industries,products,control of carbon emissions,management models,technological innovations,and government policies,etc.Through the research,this article defines the related concepts of manufacturing industries in the three provinces of Northeast China and low-carbon development strategies,identifies the influencing factors of the competitiveness advantages of manufacturing enterprises in the three provinces under the low-carbon development strategy,filtrates the evaluation indicators of manufacturing enterprises' competitive advantage under the low-carbon development strategy,and then establishes the evaluation index system,uses a multilevel and multiple objective fuzzy optimization comprehensive evaluation method to determine the evaluation value,proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combining with the empirical results to provide a useful reference for the promotion of the competitive advantages of the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces under the low-carbon development strategy.
