| With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the era of economic globalization,knowledge has become a key resource for current enterprise innovation and change,and corporate social capital is also an important factor for innovation performance and knowledge transfer.Therefore,how does knowledge transfer affect corporate social capital and innovation performance has attracted extensive attention and research from scholars in the economy and management field.This study mainly focused on social capital as a focal point,based on a large number of questionnaire surveys and interviews with private enterprises in Zhejiang Province,and based on social capital theory,knowledge based theory,innovation performance theory,etc..The internal influence mechanism has carried out in-depth empirical research between corporate social capital,knowledge transfer,and innovation performance.The conclusion of this paper is that social capital has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer and innovation performance.With the increase of social capital,innovation performance is improved and the efficiency of knowledge transfer is improved.Moreover,through research,innovation performance also has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer,innovation performance will increase significantly with knowledge transfer.In addition,the data shows that knowledge transfer plays a complete intermediary role between the perceived dimensions of corporate social capital and innovation performance,while knowledge transfer played a partial intermediary role of the structural dimension of corporate social capital and innovation performance.This has certain reference significance for strengthening corporate social capital,promoting knowledge transfer,enhancing corporate innovation performance and promoting the development of the socialist market economy both in theory and in practice. |
